332.In accordance with paragraph 125, the United Kingdom and the EU support "the opening of a dialogue between the European Parliament and the British Parliament, where they deem it appropriate... However, instead of referring to the only customs territory provided in the text of the November 2018 Protocol on Ireland and Northern Ireland, the Secretary of State stressed that the seat in cooperation negotiations with EU agencies was "not only the appetite on the British side, but also the will of the EU". On the EU side, it is about the "integrity of the internal market and customs union and the indivisibility of the four freedoms" and the fact that future relations "cannot be summed up in the rights and obligations of membership".
