Project Management

Our goal is to provide the BEST furniture buying experience for clients.

When you choose Arthur P. O’Hara, you gain the peace-of mind that comes with doing business with us. 75% of our annual sales are from repeat customers.

Project management is a free value added service included in any size project. Giving special attention to detail to any size order is key to our success. We have completed thousands of projects of all sizes and scope.

How It Works

  1. Ordering: Place orders with manufacturer(s). Review acknowledgements for accuracy.
  2. Scheduling: Provide a delivery and installation date if one is not already provided. Coordinate installation with building management, electric/low-voltage contractors
  3. Documentation: Answer any technical questions from other contractors. Prepare final installation drawings for delivery. Mark any necessary core locations on site. Insure all moving requirements are met and provide certificates of insurance to property management.
  4. Receiving: Receive, stage and store the product prior to delivery to the job-site.
  5. Delivery and Installation: Relay progress updates from installation team.
  6. Punch List: Conduct a final walk-through of the space and resolve any punch list items.

Contact us today and let’s get started. It’s time to get creative!

A furniture manufacturer today has multiple lines, each with thousands of part/finish/option combinations. A single project can easily contain 3,000 to 30,000 individual parts. A dealership’s clients expect 100% precision for the layout, ordering, receipt and assembly of those parts – with each part being application specific and requiring sequential assembly; placed to the inch and assembled within a fixed, immovable building; interconnected to the building’s electrical/telecommunications services; all accomplished within a specific ‘window’ of a pre-set schedule; and coordinated with numerous other project parties, none of whom the dealership has authority over.”
