The Committee was informed by the UN Deputy Security Coordinator of the possibility of partial reimbursement of the Malicious Acts insurance premium over the past three years. Moreover, in the absence of major problems in the second half of 1999, it was likely that the premium for next year would remain at its current level. The Meeting requested the United Nations to ensure that the 1999 expenditure accounts were sent in a timely manner for inclusion in the financial statements of the organizations for the year ended 31 December 1999. (86) At the same meeting of the HLCM (ibid., paras. 15 to 20), the organisations reiterated their concern at the lack of consultations during the process that led to the adoption of Assembly resolution 59/276. . . . .
